By accessing this website or scheduling services with SWS Clean & Tint (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Estimates & Payments
All service quotes and estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Payment is due upon completion of service unless the customer is enrolled in an approved recurring service agreement with pre-arranged billing intervals (monthly, quarterly, or otherwise agreed in writing). A 50% deposit is required on all custom window tint orders and special-order materials. Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or installation has been scheduled.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice may be subject to a service fee to cover reserved labor and scheduling costs.
Service Access & Site Conditions
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to all work areas, including clear pathways, ladder placement zones, electrical access if required, and removal or securing of furniture, décor, electronics, artwork, plants, pets, valuables, and personal belongings prior to service. SWS Clean & Tint does not move heavy furniture or personal items unless specifically agreed to in writing.
Property Condition Disclaimer
SWS Clean & Tint is not responsible for discovering or identifying latent defects or pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to damaged glass, weak seals, deteriorated frames, faulty caulking, failing window films, defective coatings, aging solar panels, electrical issues, or structural deficiencies. We are not liable for damage resulting from normal service procedures when underlying materials or surfaces are already compromised.
Weather & Safety Delays
Certain services are weather-dependent. We reserve the right to delay or reschedule service due to unsafe conditions including high winds, rain, extreme temperatures, surface hazards, or site safety concerns. Safety of our technicians and customers always takes priority.
Window Film Warranty Disclaimer
Manufacturer warranties on window film products are provided directly by the product manufacturer and may vary by film type and installation conditions. SWS Clean & Tint does not control manufacturer warranty coverage terms and is not responsible for manufacturer warranty claim approvals or denials.
Photography & Marketing Use
Unless otherwise requested in writing, customers grant SWS Clean & Tint permission to capture and use non-identifying before-and-after photos or videos of completed work for marketing, website, social media, and promotional purposes.
Right to Refuse Service
SWS Clean & Tint reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if site conditions are unsafe, aggressive animals are present, access is restricted, customer behavior is abusive or threatening, or working conditions violate safety standards.
Limitation of Liability
While reasonable care is taken during all services, SWS Clean & Tint shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use, loss of business, or secondary property damage beyond the direct service area. Liability is limited to the value of the services performed.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes arising from services or website use shall be resolved within Colorado jurisdiction.
Policy Updates
SWS Clean & Tint reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of this website or acceptance of services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
